"Fota catalogue" is a tool allows you to search car spare parts you need and compound an order as well. It was built on the basis of the information circulated by Tec-Doc Company. The program is an integral part of Fota computer system.

Basic program characteristic:

It is an electronic catalogue of car spare parts with an additional information and parts drawings.
It is a tool to search parts you need, allows you to access to on-line computer Fota system.
Allows you to access to current customer prices.
Allows you to access to the information about current warehouse status.

This program is meant for all Fota commercial partners and sales departments workers

2.1. CARS - Article selection according to car type

2.3. FOTA PRICE LIST - The whole offer with prices and availability information.

	FOTA price list
	Selection options, index, producer, name, trademark
	Pointing on availability biurette shows the information about central and parent warehouse status
	Pointing on availability burette opens a window with other warehouses status in Poland
	Clicking on article number moves to detailed information of "Article" bookmark
	Clicking on bin opens an order (only for log-in customers)

3.1. Creating an order.

3.2. Orders management.

After saving an order you can add more articles or switch on bookmark "Online bin" in order to proof or finalize and send your order

3.3. Added order functions.

3.3.1. Quick order.

This option allows you to quick write-in the items and amount of order. It runs as a separate window where you can write Fota index and the amount of order items

3.3.2. Read an item from the file.

This function allows you to write an order due to article list generated before. Program accepts ferrodo files format – .dbf and text (.txt) files as well. Text file should be made of two columns separated with tabulator. Inside first column there should be an index list, inside the second column-an amount of order articles. Example: 15-0034[TAB]4

3.3.3. Erase on-line bin.

This function removes all the items from the order

3.3.4. Remarks

Here's possibility to write remarks about delivery or order realization. This function opens separate window to write-in our remarks.

4. Legend and explanation.

4.1. Individual program bookmarks.

CARS	Article selection with scheme like: Make>Model>Type>>Subassembly>Article>>Producer>Article number
ARTICLES	Article selection using producer numbers, OE numbers, substitudes and names
PRICE LIST	Survey of Fota price list
ON-LINE BIN	On-line bin with selected articles. Sending an order.
ORDERS	History of placed orders. The information about an order realization status.
INVOICES	Fota invoices list.
CREDIT	The information about credit line status.

4.2. Information about warehouse availability.

Availability is shown as a graphic. The picture is a burette filled with blue liquid. If you point the burette, details about status will be shown.

	Article is available immediately. It is in your parent warehouse
	Article will be available in the afternoon. It is in a regional warehouse
	Article will be available tommorow. It is in a central warehouse
	Article is not available-not in warehouse
	Article is available individually only. There is no offer in Fota yet
